Wilkin Insulation Co is a full service Insulation and Fireproofing Contractor operating successfully since 1940.

Wilkin employs over 100 people who are highly trained in their respective fields. All business is conducted from one location at 501 W. Carboy Rd. Mt. Prospect, Illinois 60056. As a small business our customer service and satisfaction is very important. Our centralized location gives an extra personal touch to our customers and ensures their satisfaction of our work.

Wilkin Insulation uses numerous types of materials and is therefore not tied down to a specific product or supplier. We purchase all material directly from manufactures. As a result, our highly trained estimators determine the appropriate material and application method by what is best for the customer’s particular project.

Our field employees are union tradesmen who are fully trained and certified in proper application techniques by the manufacturers of the products we install. Employees must pass our pre-employment screening including drug testing, background checks, and physicals to ensure high quality workmanship and dependability. Wilkin Insulation employees receive certified training in safety, scaffold building / maintenance / usage, OSHA compliance, CPR, and others. We believe our company is only as good as the people we employ.
